  • morning tao, ‘chapter 55′

He who is in harmony with the Tao
    is like a newborn child.
Its bones are soft, its muscles are weak,
    but its grip is powerful.
It doesn’t know about the union
    of male and female,
yet its penis can stand erect,
so intense is its vital power.
It can scream its head off all day,
    yet it never becomes hoarse,
    so complete is its harmony.

The Master’s power is like this.
He lets all things come and go
    effortlessly, without desire.
    He never expects results;
    thus he is never disappointed.
    He is never disappointed;
thus his spirit never grows old.

  • adventures in snoring

    it is 3:19am.

there’s a monster in my living room and it keeps changing shapes.

at least the sounds imply as much

there’s the one that sounds like two balloons rubbing together

what demented clown twisted together a viola such as this?

    its mournfull dirge

and we have the north wind ,it’s haunted icy whistle

then we have the chainsaw made of meat, raspy flappy

    and my favorite

    the lovecraftian ‘unnamable one’

how is it possible for a sound to have tentacals?

i think it eats puppies,i swear i heard wimpering barks

its quite now, is it plotting?

whats worse its perched on top of a sound amplifying air mattress.

i sit in the dim glow of my lap top screen anticipating the next metamorphosis.

dont speak the ancient ones name

    dont think it!!

ive been sitting here for a few minutes in relative quiet,

there something stirring in the dark!?

an alligator on rollerskates inside a wooden box, i think.

honestly one of the strangest collections of sounds….oh,here comes that chainsaw.

think im gonna sleep in the tub.

    good morning.

    was that curly?

i thought i heard a ‘woop woop woop’

  • we do have big skies here

sunset view from my new home

  • deep field meditation

    deep field meditation

    returning to source

    pandimentional expressions of light

    static i stand before it

long shadows fall  into the ever present

    tempests of light

    enveloping

    a dandelion wish

    carries me to

    now

  • off the wall

the world view is better through a cupa

  • morning tao ‘chapter 58′

If a country is governed with tolerance, the people are comfortable and honest.

If a country is governed with repression, the people are depressed and crafty.
When the will to power is in charge, the higher the ideals, the lower the results.

Try to make people happy, and you lay the groundwork for misery.

Try to make people moral, and you lay the groundwork for vice.
Thus the Master is content to serve as an example and not to impose her will.

She is pointed, but doesn’t pierce.

    Straightforward, but supple.

Radiant, but easy on the eyes.
