@plantinthewindow - im thinkin things are looking good. boss has been talking to the owner. we may buy the whole building. 6600 sq ft. not counting the basement.
it has such a nice feel. and the town looks sweet too.

its layout is different. seems to run along the R/R tracks.

@buddy71 - what you see is just half of the building. total space is about 13,000 sq ft. the basement is about half of that.
The much needed work will be well worth it. Good luck with your new place.
